At Socialmediaum, we are committed to delivering high-quality social media management services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a cancellation or refund is necessary. Please read the following guidelines carefully.
1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation Within 48 Hours: You may cancel your service within 48 hours of the initial purchase. If canceled within this time frame, you are eligible for a full refund. After 48 hours, no refund will be provided.
- Refunds for Canceled Packages by Socialmediaum: Socialmediaum reserves the right to cancel a service package for justified reasons, including but not limited to violations of terms, inactivity, or misuse of the service. In such cases, a prorated refund will be issued based on the remaining days of the package.For example, if a $300 package is canceled on the 15th day of a 30-day plan, a refund of $150 will be issued for the remaining 15 days.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- The service was canceled within the 48-hour window.
- Socialmediaum cancels the service for justified reasons, and the prorated refund is calculated based on the remaining days.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Once a service has been rendered for more than 48 hours or beyond the prorated period, no refunds will be given. Additionally, partial completion of projects (such as posts or videos already delivered) will be factored into any refund amounts.
